Atlanta Advanced Peptides supplies research-grade materials intended strictly for in vitro laboratory use. Due to the sensitive and controlled nature of these products, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated in this policy.
Because our products are research-only materials, temperature-sensitive compounds, sterile and sealed laboratory items, and distributed for controlled scientific environments, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.
If you receive a damaged product, an incorrect item, or a missing product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide your order number, photos of the damaged or incorrect item, and a brief description of the issue.
After review, we may offer a replacement shipment of the same product, store credit for the affected item(s), or a partial or full refund at our discretion.
Refunds will not be issued for change of mind after purchase, incorrect product selection by the buyer, failure to provide proper shipping information, or orders delayed due to carrier issues beyond our control.
Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of being placed, provided the order has not yet been processed. Once an order enters processing, it cannot be canceled.
